Any misconduct, damage to institute property (such as computers or lab equipment), or disruptive behavior may result in immediate suspension or termination from the course without a refund.
Regular attendance is crucial for academic and practical success. Students are expected to attend classes on time. Frequent unexcused absences may lead to falling behind in the syllabus and could impact a student's eligibility to receive their final course certification.
While we aim to complete all syllabi within the predefined timelines, course durations and class timings are subject to change. Pragya Computer Academy reserves the right to adjust batch schedules due to unforeseen circumstances, public holidays, or academic requirements. Students will be notified of changes in advance.
For students enrolled in our IT and Vocational Computer Training programs, course completion certificates will be issued only after the student has successfully attended the required classes, completed assigned practical projects, and passed the final institute examinations.
For school students (Nursery to Class XII), our expert faculty provides comprehensive academic guidance, study materials, and regular testing. However, the institute does not guarantee specific grades or board exam results, as final academic performance is heavily dependent on the student's personal dedication, self-study, and effort.
