Refund & Cancellation Policy

A student's admission to any program is considered fully confirmed only after the successful completion of the registration process and the full payment of the required admission or course fee. Seat allocation is subject to availability at the time of fee realization.

As a general rule, course fees, registration fees, and tuition fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once the admission is confirmed and classes have commenced. Students are advised to be completely sure about their course choice before making a payment.

If a student wishes to cancel their admission before the scheduled start date of the course, they must immediately contact the institute administration in writing or in person. Cancellation requests made after the batch has started will not be eligible for any fee adjustments.

We understand that genuine emergencies can occur. Refund or batch-transfer requests arising from severe medical emergencies or unavoidable personal circumstances may be reviewed by the institute's management on a case-by-case basis. The management’s decision in such matters will be final and binding.

Pragya Computer Academy reserves the right to modify class schedules, batch timings, or the date of course commencement due to administrative reasons, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. In such events, students will be notified, but schedule changes do not qualify for fee refunds.

It is the sole responsibility of the student (or parent/guardian) to carefully review the course syllabus, eligibility criteria, class timings, and fee structure prior to enrollment to ensure it meets their educational needs.
